On the other hand, when you are planning to buy a house, whether newly-built or not, it is best to bring a knowledgeable friend such as an engineer or an architect to give you an honest assessment of the house itself. Experts can determine the type of materials being used whether these are durable or not. They can also opine on whether the workmanship is any good or not.
