Floor Structure
Whenever we think of home construction and improvement, the thought of floor structure does not come far behind. The floor structure determines much the comfort and the environment of the home or the building.

New floors and Stairs
Floors come in two different types – the first is the raised floor which is framed in wood, and the other is the floor that is built on concrete slabs. Through modern or advanced technology, floors are now available in many-layered surfaces.
Upon deciding if new flooring must be installed, or even if repairs to existing floors must be made, the first thing to do is to determine the type of subfloor, or that which is beneath a raised and finished floor. The flooring is considered to be strict as it must always adhere to building codes and rules. This is for the purpose of safety and of meeting the needs of floors. Floor covering is an integrated area of concern, as it includes carpet, laminate, area rugs, resilient flooring, wood flooring, ceramic tile, stone, terrazzo, and seamless chemical flooring. It is indeed important to be careful which type of flooring to use, so safety will not be compromised at all times.
