Heat Pumps
These are machines or mechanical devices used to move heat from one area to another area. A heat pump can work both ways, that is, move heat from a hot area to a colder area or move heat from a colder area to a hotter area. This wonderful machine is used to provide thermal warmth during cold weather by drawing heat from the air or from the ground. Heat pumps are also used in plumbing installations such as household water heaters
Heat pumps can be ground-source, air-source or water-source and are ideal for use in moderate climates because they are more energy efficient compared to fireplaces or air-conditioners.
