Ovens
Oven is a type of kitchen appliance used for baking, roasting, drying, or heating food. The use of ovens has been dated back to the ancient times; in fact, a number of early brick ovens have been discovered in the ancient city of Pompeii, Italy and other areas in Europe. Until today, many people use brick ovens for either commercial or household purposes. However, despite the continued use of these traditional types of oven, modern, gas and electric ovens continue to proliferate in the market. Thanks to the ingenious mind of their inventors, roasting and baking is now very easy. There are currently various types of ovens available in the market, and we offer here a brief insight on each of them:

My Dear Oven Toaster
Conventional oven - is the common type of oven you can find in many kitchens. At the bottom of its chamber is an electric heat source that heats air to cook or bake food. In this type of oven, food that can be cooked at one time can be limited for the highest temperature stay on top of the oven.
Convection oven – is a multi-function oven embedded with built-in fan to circulate hot air around the oven. Many bakers preferred this type of oven for it cooks food faster and can cook food in different ways including baking, roasting and heating.
Microwave oven – Since its introduction in the mid 20th century, microwave ovens have become a standard item in many homes. This is because it can cook and heat food quickly and efficiently. However, as this type of oven does not brown or cook food like the conventional ones, it can be unsuitable for cooking.
